High winds on the ferry dock sometimes disturb the ever-present seagulls and make their afternoon naps difficult. I’m always amazed at how these adaptable birds stay planted so firmly on their spindly legs. Usually, they face into the wind and tuck their heads under their wings, but this one chose to feel the bracing breeze blowing through its feathers.
